With a strong background in rugby union while growing up and playing at a semi-professional level, this lead Ford into his love for strength training and nutrition. Ford has been in the industry for over 13 years working with 1000's of face to face and online clients helping them get stronger, leaner and fuelled having them achieve lasting transformations.
